We are looking for a Soldering Operator to join our Systems Integration department at our bright and open offices in Ballerup. You will become part of a great team supporting our R&D and Sales department, building prototypes and low volume production cables for our advanced hearing protection systems.

Join a pioneering team of dedicated specialists
At FalCom we develop sophisticated software and hardware for low-power communication solutions in new products as well as optimizing existing technologies. By joining our Systems Integration department, you will be part of a small but dedicated team providing crucial support to our engineers and field sales staff.

We are always striving to deliver the best possible solutions to meet the demands of our customers. We do this by listening to their needs and working together as a team so that we all learn together.

What will you be doing?

  • Preparation and soldering of cables
  • Assembly of connectors
  • Working with high-density connectors
  • Soldering SMD components
  • Soldering of through hole components
  • Following, creating, and optimizing work instructions
  • Working with heat shrink
  • Working with epoxy and potting materials

Sound good so far? Here’s what you’ll need to succeed
You will build prototype cables, production quality cables and various interface electronics. You will work closely with the team’s technicians and engineers, ensuring our quality is up to scratch and consistent. You will be making cables for R&D as well as our customers.

Fluent written and spoken English skills
As an international organization with colleagues in over 50 different countries, our official company language is English. It’s essential that you can communicate effortlessly with your colleagues, no matter where they are.

A relevant manufacture soldering background
With preferably 3+ years’ of experience and preferably certified to work with epoxy (this is not crucial)

A meticulous and systematic approach to your tasks
You can maintain a positive outlook in the face of a challenge, and you are focused on achieving high quality.

The ability to work equally well alone as you do as part of a team
You’re not afraid to collaborate to solve complex problems as part of a wider team, but you’re equally comfortable working independently.
