We are looking for an software tester for an exciting and technically challenging position in our R&D Software department. You will be based at our fast growing innovation center, and will be part of our R&D Dairy, Wine and Beverage team. If you are up for the challenge please read more aout it below.

The job
The Dairy, Wine and Beverage team delivers high quality state of the art software solution for measurement instruments. The work is challenging but fun and it requires collaboration between different groups of people. You will work closely with our software developers. We value cooperation and take pride in our good team spirit, always focusing on how we can best help each other delivering high quality software solutions.

The projects you will be part of are driven by stakeholder requirements. The requirements are prioritised by product owners and we strive to have an agile development approach.

Primary task
As software tester, you will join a development team and help us with quality assurance of our software solutions. Your primary tasks will include:

  • Developing and updating tests (Write test procedures/cases from feature designs)
  • Testing the software (manually test execution, simple scripts for auto tests)
  • Finding and documenting bugs (In Microsoft TFS)
  • Verifying bug fixes 
  • Planning, executing, and documenting system test activities (write test plans, test reports, report progress on test activities, get the most out of a test in the available timeframe)
  • Evaluating software quality 
  • Participating in test improvement activities

Qualifications
To be able to fulfill this role we expect you to have experience with software QA and test, as well as working in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban).

In addition, it would be considered an advantage if you are an ISEB or ISTQB certified software tester or have previous experience with one or more of the following areas:

  • Test of analytical instruments
  • Working in a laboratory

Personal skills
You bring energy and a positive attitude to our team. You have good analytical skills and a methodical approach to software testing. This means you have a flair for finding possibilities combined with the courage to flag problem areas. You are self-driven, structured, and you value delivering high quality.

You have strong communication skills enabling you to work smoothly in an international setting with colleagues from near and far. This means that we expect you to be fluent in English as well as proficient in Danish.

People enjoy working with you due to your positive mindset and constructive approach even when you are challenged and deadlines are tight. Lastly, it is a requirement that you have a Danish work permit.
