Software Project Manager for 3D Scanning Team

You will join a project responsible for the 3D reconstruction engine – receiving live data from the intraoral scanner and presenting the reconstructed 3D model instantly for the user. The performance of the reconstruction engine is vital, and the team is working with parallel computing, deep learning, GPU programming, geometric algorithms, etc., to achieve the best possible scanning experience.

As project manager you will manage all phases of a software project from goal planning until final release. You will work in close cooperation with the Software Architect, Scrum Master, Product Manager, Program Manager and peer Project Managers from scanner and software projects. You will be responsible for the technical overview of the project while ensuring project documentation in accordance with internal processes and relevant standards.

You will be leading, guiding, and motivating a strong and diverse software team of great specialists working in a young, innovative and dynamic environment.

Skills & Requirements
You have a relevant technical background and minimum a few years’ experience with software project management. You know all the tools in the project management tool box and you feel as confident defining goals with the team as addressing external stakeholders.

You have experience with people management and are passionate about leading highly committed and skilled colleagues for whom autonomy, trust, and having fun is key when developing state of the art products.

As a person you are curious and have good drive and enthusiasm. Having good overview and being well-structured goes with the role as well.
