When you enter the brand-new IT service management and quality team, we are welcoming you as part of a team, that help make the entire company tick.
“This is where we ensure effectiveness and quality throughout our global IT department by providing deep IT- and process knowledge of our shared services and deliveries,” says Kenneth Petersen, Senior Manager IT Service Management & Quality.
Your role is managing the lifecycle of software licenses in cooperation with colleagues and vendors.
