Your qualifications:

  • The job entails leading group managers (i.e. team leads), project managers and a few high-level specialists. It is important you have leadership experience - preferably on the “leading leaders” part of the pipeline
  • We do R&D. It’s development of products containing software and hardware components in a complex mix. A background in product development (internal or external to your organization) is ideal.
  • While it’s not strictly required to have an Engineering degree or a Master’s in Computer Science, it certainly helps. Our teams are highly skilled and leadership dilemmas with a technical flavor will land on your desk.
  • Cross-culture leadership experience is a definite plus - our team members are located in Denmark, Macedonia, and Ukraine.
  • Again, a good cultural fit for our agile and informal work style is paramount. Ideas win on merit, unnecessary bureaucracy is avoided. Trust is valued over Control. If you can live and breathe these values, then you’ll fit in perfectly.
