Software development internship

We are right now looking for software development interns to join our Copenhagen studio in the Spring of 2022. As a developer, you help our clients bring their vision to life, creating high-quality and valuable solutions in all shapes and sizes. At Jayway, developers work in close collaboration with designers and project managers, on a variety of projects and clients. We are located in the heart of Copenhagen, just a few minutes away from Nørreport station.
Your typical workday can consist of:
- Development in a field you’re interested in (mobile, web, full stack…)
- Function as part of an agile team (daily standup, backlog grooming etc.)
- Having regular communication with clients
- Assist and solve problems together with your colleagues
We are looking for a team player, who can join the team on equal terms with the rest of us. We expect you to take pride in your work, as we will be trusting you with real tasks for real customers. We will challenge you to work just like we do every day, while still learning on the job! You will be paired up with an experienced developer, who will function as your mentor during the internship.
Cvalifications:
- Flair for software development and willingness to learn
- Some experience using an IDE and Git
- Basic understanding of working in an agile environment
- A creative mindset with a drive to solve problems
- Confidence in speaking English, although most of us speak Danish
