In BEC, you will grow your talent as you build software development skills and become acquainted with future technological tendencies. Are you curious about design, development, and optimization of IT solutions?
As a software developer in BEC’s Talent Program, you will get a challenging job, participating in all aspects of the development process. You will be working within an agile organization, developing and managing solutions to cover all IT requirements from our customers in the financial sector. Your task as a software developer includes everything from new development to management of complex systems that run with high operating stability.

What our talent program offers
We offer six months of development training, and you will get a contract of employment from day one. Working with real development tasks, you will continuously be upgrading your qualifications. 

You will have the opportunity to: 

• participate in the entire development process – analyze, design, development, and test
• identify customers’ needs and elaborate and challenge possible solutions
• make new functionality ready for production
• analyze and correct operation faults in existing systems 
• collaborate with committed colleagues 
• contribute to future-proof solutions related to compliance and new technologies

This applies weather you want to focus on delivering great code or wish to excel as a scrum master, product owner, DevOps engineer, architect or want to focus on business aspects.

Who are you?
You hold a bachelor’s- or master’s degree within IT or natural sciences with specialization in e.g., mathematics, data, or programming. We expect you to be acquainted with object-centered programing such as Java, C#, or other languages e.g., Python, Ruby, or Go. Furthermore, it is a requirement that you master the Danish and English language written and spoken. 

As a person, you are responsible, open-minded, curious, and proactive. You appreciate interdisciplinary cooperation and have good communicative competence. We expect you to be highly motivated for the development disciplines together with business-related needs, which our IT solutions support.

We are hiring graduates for our headquarters in Roskilde (Havsteensvej and Langebjerg). However, you will get to cooperate with colleagues in Herning and Warsaw, Poland.
