Universities and organization all over Europe is collaborating with Swap Language due to their matching technology, and that is one of many growth hacks Swap Language uses to reach every corner of the world.

With our marketplace built on C# on ASP.NET core Framework - We are breaking down language barriers in every city in the world.

You will be a part of building core functionalities such as:

• Virality loops that incentive users to share and refer to new potential users.
• Functionalities that will make language learning an experience
• Optimize existing solutions through instant user feedback.

In close relation with our CTO, you will be creating solutions that will make an immediate impact on people's way of learning with native speakers.

Skills required
In order to get an internship you need to have some experience in the following areas:

• ASP.NET core Framework
• MVC (Model-View-Controller) model
• C#

Experience with:

• MS SQL
• Have taken the C# specialization course
• Azure Cloud Computing
• Visual Studio
• Git version control

The Team

We are a team of 6. Our team is set to take Swap Language to the next level. Our team consists of:

Two founders

We have a background as project managers on all projects Swap Language have done. A few of these are:

IT projects and upgrades, event management, leading 30+ ambassadors all over Europe, collaboration with various institutions, etc.

• The CTO

The CTO will be your mentor, and he is the mastermind behind the infrastructure and new features.

• A Front end developer

Our front end developer will make everything look smooth on the website is doing everything from wireframes, mockups, visual layout, photo editing, and many more tasks.

• A graphic designer

Our graphic designer is doing everything from wireframes, mockups, visual layout, photo editing, and many more tasks.

• A Community Manager

Our community manager is responsible for the ambassador network and starting up Swap Language in new cities. To date, she is managing 42 ambassadors all over Europe. She also takes care of monthly newsletters, event planning, and material.
