Ship’s engineer for troubleshooting documentation
We are looking for a ship’s engineer to join our Technical Documentation department for documentation of troubleshooting solutions for MAN Energy Solutions two- and four-stroke engines.
Technical Documentation is an efficient department with dedicated employees producing operation, maintenance and spare parts manuals, retrofit instructions, and data for electronic planned maintenance systems.
The department tasks are now expanded with digitized troubleshooting guidelines to ensure structured and high-quality online support to colleagues and customers.
The work consists in the development and documentation of troubleshooting solutions in close cooperation with other specialists in the company.
- Completed ship’s engineering training with Chief/1 level certificate.
- Sailing time with our engines is an advantage.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Good analytical skills.
- Able to accomplish work tasks in a flexible and independent manner.
- Experience with working in an international environment.
