Join us in this role where you’ll work within our IT Service Delivery Management team, where we focus on ensuring high customer satisfaction, stable operations, and continuous improvements, by continuously engaging in a close dialogue with our global stakeholders. As part of building relationships with the Ørsted business and our internal technical IT teams, you’ll help build and provide relevant performance reporting and help to resolve complaints and pain points, by raising attention and anchoring issues in our agile Product Lines. In other words, you’ll be key in bridging the Ørsted business and IT.

Welcome to Center of Excellence Service Delivery Management
You’ll be part of our global Service Delivery Management team where you, together with your colleagues, will be a part of a cross-functional, global team consisting of service delivery managers and service transition managers. Your key area of responsibility will be to support two Agile Release Trains (ART´s) with Service Delivery capabilities, ensuring the delivery of products and services to the business according to agreement, whilst also increasing the level of operational maturity.  Amongst other core tasks, you’ll also ensure reporting and transparency, as well as help safeguard operations in third party contracts. As a team, we work with other service delivery management tasks across Ørsted IT, incl. SLA/OLAs and KPI reporting. We aim to deliver through a team effort and in a professional way.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • establishing a good relationship with key stakeholders and ensuring an organisational focus on issues raised to achieve a high level of satisfaction in the delivery of IT services
  • acting and responding as the go-to person for two Agile Release Trains on a broad scope of IT enquiries and issues, incl. participating in the System team in the Agile Release Train to enforce and support IT service management disciplines
  • continuously building and maintaining the right service delivery framework and toolbox
  • establishing the necessary SLA and ensuring transparency into reporting and KPIs
  • leading initiatives to improve on operational maturity and increase the quality of IT services we deliver as an organisation, e.g., participation in tenders
  • participating in our Change Advisory Board (CAB) to meet customer needs and ensure a high quality of technical changes within IT.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have some years’ experience as a service delivery manager, IT management consultant, or similar, in a global organisation and at enterprise level
  • have a consultancy mindset with the flexibility of managing a variety of tasks, combining people skills and IT knowledge, whilst keeping sight of business value in an agile environment
  • have experience in collaborating with both infrastructure and application management specialists, as well as communicating efficiently with management and specialists on different levels
  • have excellent communication skills and a personal drive to achieve results
  • have good team-building skills and the ability to cooperate within virtual teams
  • have the ability to set the scene, providing a clear agenda, leading across various teams, staying focused, handling pressure well, and can work through resistance to get things done.
