Join us in this role as Senior TRP & Test Lead where you’ll be responsible for guiding the company’s IT through functional testing of backup and restore capabilities, creating and maintaining templates and test schedules, conducting training and support procedures, and interlocking technical teams across the globe.

You’ll be part of Centre of Excellence – Operational Excellence where you, together with your colleagues, will ensure that the company’s IT systems remain top of the line by reporting on all operational-related activities and driving IT processes. We’re a globally located team that’s present in both Denmark, Poland, and Malaysia.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • creating test plans in consultation with system owners and the technical personnel who support these systems – This will take place on a regular basis to test various scenarios
  • facilitating the testing of critical applications and services according to their Technical Recovery Plans (TRPs) to help to determine if the system designs can deliver what’s expected of them
  • supporting the IT organisation as an integral point of contact for the area of operational excellence
  • coordinating across teams, ARTs, and IPLs to ensure the adoption of testing, methods, standards, and tools, as well as coordinating any system health checks or audits
  • being one of the main drivers of activities related to Technical Recovery testing
  • supporting our IT Service Continuity process and governance.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have experience with TRPs, test delivery, or similar, with a substantial amount of relevant experience from large or complex organisations
  • have a foundational understanding of IT infrastructure and relevant technology and project management processes, e.g., Agile or Waterfall
  • work well across different time zones and are perseverant when facing pushback
  • preferably have experience within recovery and infrastructure testing
  • preferably have experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
