Senior Solution Architect [Cloud

For our client within the Energy sector we are looking for a Senior Digital Strategy Solution Architect. 

You will work with the project team and provide Cloud journey sparring incl. 

• Cloud strategy,
• Migration approach for on-premise to Cloud migrations,
• Assessment of Application Cloud readiness,
• Evaluation of Cloud offerings,
• Cloud governance,
• Establish service wrapped IaaS and PaaS offerings etc.

Furthermore you should be able to take on a role as technical coordinator of larger and complex tasks/ changes. 

Business skills 

• Technical writing and documentation (expert level)
• Fluent in English (spoken/written)
• Communication and presentation (high-level)
• Structure and documentation

Technical skills 

• Practical experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) and/or Azure
• Experience with migration from On-premise to Cloud
• knowledge of migration pain points
• Very good understanding of the Cloud offerings
• Strong Infrastructure background and experience
• Strong Security knowledge for Cloud environments
• Some application development background
• Experience with Assessment of application Cloud readiness
• Good knowledge of Containerization technologies and the application of these technologies in Cloud context (Hands on)
• Knowledge about Integration and Data Governance best practices on Cloud
• Experience in building or working on provisioning platform (benefit)

Requirements: Min. 5 years of professional IT experience.
