Leading major technology shifts with intelligent audio solutions
Joining the Jabra GN Audio Division, you will be a key member of our Software Product Management team within the GN Audio Product Management Group. Here, you will be a champion of world-leading product experiences powered by Firmware solutions that bind together Jabra software and hardware. 

Drive Jabra software solutions
You will define and execute the next generation of software-driven product experiences that will add value to the Jabra portfolio, build brand recognition and attract new users. Visualising and clarifying new opportunities, you will coordinate all initiatives related to software-enabled experiences with device product management as well as other relevant functions. 

Ensuring internal and external sell-in of software-driven solutions, you will: 

• Analyse consumers, professional users and customers to understand their behaviours as well as their needs and pains
• Identify and crystallise the market including competitive trends and technology trends that may affect our industry - and understand how new leading behaviour are adopted 
• Translate the outside-in insights into experience visions and roadmaps and prioritise these into execution
• Excite internal stakeholders and key external partners, acting as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

Experience with software solutions and product management
With strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude, you enjoy a diverse workday with strategic as well as operational tasks. Moreover, you strive working with a product portfolio which is shaped by rapid changes and fast decision-making characterised by the market place. Getting your energy from a dynamic environment, you inspire and motivate those around you. And needles to say, you have a natural interest in the latest technology, and you now what is moving in the market. 

• You have 5+ years of experience with product management and project management skills from an international company - preferably within consumer electronics or FMCG.
• You have a strong track record in developing software solutions with both internal partners and external partners - a background in software development is a clear advantage. 
• You probably have a master’s degree in either engineering or business.
• You have strong presentation skills, and you are fluent in English. 
• Domain knowledge of software solutions in embedded solutions is considered a plus.
