The system will support various integrations to energy technology like heating-, battery- and photovoltaic systems and electrical vehicle charging systems, all to be coordinated in real-time supported by AI-based optimization models and market data. You will collaborate closely with other leads in the product team and business partners.

What skills will I put into action?

  • bring your vast experience with cyber-physical systems and IoT / edge computing into play at both design- and architectural level and perform the actual development together with the product team.
  • your knowledge and deep interest in how decentralized systems can support residential microgrids and home energy management, and how this can support and evolve into local energy communities
  • your ability to design and develop a stable control system working at real-time level based on a standard edge-computing platform (we use Azure IoT Edge and Azure IoT Hub). Always with structure and proper documentation of processes and data models in focus
  • leverage your work experience with system integrations based on standard communication protocols like TCP, MQTT, Modbus and HTTP. Next to that you are motivated to learn about and use industry standards like OCPP, EEBUS, DLMS etc.
  • your constant focus and experience with trustworthy computing. Cyber-security, it-security, privacy and reliability is always part of your mindset, design and programming
  • skills within Python, .NET/C#, Docker and work experience with Linux, data networks and Azure cloud computing

What will you get from us?

  • The opportunity to work in an international-minded green tech company with purpose-driven colleagues who all share the same vision to innovate and deliver solutions which directly contributes to the green transition
  • A flexible workplace located in central Køge with the possibility to work from home
