Join us in this role where you’ll lead the system integrity deliverables to ensure the end-to-end electrical systems are efficient, reliable, and compliant, in transmitting the electricity from our wind turbines to the national or state transmission system we’re connected to.

Welcome to System Integrity Project Management Department
You’ll be part of our diverse team of 20+ project management professionals across the globe with a culture characterized by trust and openness, where you, together with your colleagues, will ensure that we design, deliver, and operate electrical systems that are efficient, reliable, and compliant.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • leading, coordinating, and delivering electrical system designs meeting the business targets
  • evaluating and approving the suppliers design and supporting change decisions to the technical solution
  • holding project lifecycle responsibility for grid code compliance in design, development, and build of compliance critical systems
  • leading and managing a team responsible for the design, installation, and commissioning of the electrical system integration packages, e.g., radio communication and backbone networks packages
  • planning and coordinating technical assurance reviews to ensure the system integrity of the offshore wind farms
  • contributing to continuous improvement and building a learning organisation to ensure a level of technical and process alignment across the project portfolio.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or similar
  • have project management competences equivalent to IPMA level A/B and/or PMI PMP
  • have exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, and have excellent commercial understanding
  • are able to prioritise and execute your tasks in order to meet deadlines
  • have substantial relevant project experience from a matrix organisation within transmission systems, utility scale generation, and/or large construction projects
  • demonstrate the capacity to lead a team of more than ten people during the design and manufacturing phases of internal staff (either FTE or contractor).
