As a team, we embrace the strength in working as a multicultural, diverse (six nationalities) team located in DK, Poland, and Malaysia. We share the same values and very competent support is always within reach

You’ll play an important role in:

  • specifying, deploying, and ensuring maintenance of measurement equipment from suppliers
  • being the subject matter engineer during procurement negotiations on projects and manage contractors during preparation and execution of campaigns
  • contributing actively to the development of our knowledge base and participating in solving related development tasks and studies, by participating in R&D projects
  • ensuring that measurements are of the required quality to match the campaign specification and to be in close contact with in-house stakeholders, and together identify campaign requirements.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a relevant education within engineering or the natural sciences and extended operational or field experience within the areas of expertise
  • have a good knowledge within the area of measurements, incl. key technologies such as loads, eigenfrequency, inclination, or corrosion conditions/protective
  • are used to interacting with contractors and accustomed to procurement processes and negotiations
  • are GWO (Global Wind Organisation) certified (or qualified to become), not afraid of heights, and can swim and have a driver's license
  • speak and write English fluently, have good communication skills, and can present results professionally to your colleagues and stakeholders
  • It is an advantage if you have knowledge of the full life cycle of offshore wind farm projects and experience with working in complex matrix organisations and if you have experience with managing contractors and installation of equipment on offshore sites.
