Join us as our new Department Manager, Quality Management Systems, Denmark
We are seeking an energetic, ambitious and results-oriented leader for our Management Systems department, placed in Novozymes’ Global Quality area. In this role, you will lead a high performing team that links the needs of between LoB with the IT organisation, in order to have the right solution for our digital quality systems.

We are a highly energized and dynamic organisation, working closely with all parts of Novozymes. You will be part of the Global Quality Leadership Team, and you will have a central role in creating maximum impact from - and spearheading the further developing of - our quality systems IT road map, which sets the directions for our digital journey in Global Quality.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:
As a Department manager, Quality Management systems, you will be responsible for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and SAP-QM that manages the product portfolio and quality status of products. Furthermore, you and your team will own and further develop My Management System, which control all SOPs used in Novozymes as well as our knowledgement management systems, and our electronic and physical archives (incl. cGLP archives).

To be successful in this role you should have a track record of leading high performing teams, and enjoy creating results with a team. Furthermore, you should have great communication skills, and excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills in order to bridge between business users and IT.  You should have a holistic view on problem solving, and balance being service minded with setting clear priorities for the team. 

To succeed you must:

• Hold a MSc in science, engineering, or the like - with a strong flair for the use of IT systems
• Have 5-10 years of leadership experience
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a data-driven approach
• Have effective collaboration across functions in a global organization
• Possess the ability to handle ambiguity and be a creative problem solver
• Have experience leading digital journeys
• Be fluent in both oral and written English and preferably Danish

Location:
This job will be located in Bagsvaerd, Denmark on local employment terms.
