Do you want to be part of a global organization transforming strategic sourcing to the next level? Are you passionate about sustainability? Then you may be our new colleague in Direct Sourcing. As our new Regional Senior Manager for EMA, you will be part of the Direct Sourcing Management team as well as the Sourcing Leadership Team.

Direct Sourcing is part of the Engineering, Sourcing & Facilities organization, part of Supply Operations. In Direct Sourcing, we enable growth for Novozymes via close collaboration throughout the supply chain and across regions, and by balancing value creation, cost, sustainability and risk - for the better of Novozymes and the world. Direct Sourcing at Novozymes is a global organization responsible for all sourcing of materials for production (raw materials, packaging & utilities) within Novozymes. We have sourcing colleagues located at Novozymes key production sites in all regions of the world including Europe, Asia Pacific, North Americas and South Americas.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Being responsible for management, coaching & development of Direct Sourcing senior buyers and category managers in the EMA region
• Providing input to and taking part of the development of Direct Sourcing Strategy and roadmap in collaboration with Head of Direct Sourcing  
• Being responsible for driving various strategic initiatives regionally for implementation of all initiatives into the region
• Being responsible for delivering on regional business targets and KPIs regional support the overall strategy and roadmap of Direct Sourcing 

Potentially relevant experience: 
We expect you to: 

• Be an experienced Manager within e.g., Sourcing or Procurement with minimum 2-5 years of sourcing experience, combined with relevant education at master level within for example Biotech, Economy or the like
• Have experience within Pharma, Biotech, Life Science or similar regulated areas
• Have a strategic and holistic mindset
• Be fluent in both English and Danish language 
• Possess strong collaborative and communicative skills
• Be passionate about team development
• Be passionate about renewable energy & sustainability
• Be able to travel approx. 10-20 days a year

This job will be located at our office in Bagsværd.
