Would you like to implement tomorrow’s IT solutions on a global scale to improve our IT services and apply changes to our global IT setup? And do you want to be part of continuously improving the project disciplines in a company that makes a difference for people with intimate health care needs?

“Leading complex international projects, you’ll create synergies among a variety of stakeholders across the organisation. You’ll inevitably influence how we work as a global enterprise,” says Head of Enterprise Architecture and PMO Rasmus Knippel.

Join our Enterprise Architecture and PMO team
You will join Enterprise Architecture and PMO, which is a supporting pillar for Global IT, responsible for the Enterprise Architecture strategy, portfolio management and governance, and of course the successful delivery of projects. Here, you will work alongside 6 project managers and 1 enterprise architect.

Based in Humlebæk, we run a wide array of internal IT projects in Coloplast. Being located close to major decision-makers while connected to important stakeholders from across the globe, we have a big impact on how we improve our global IT landscape.

Complex projects with a global, cross-organisational perspective
Working on multiple projects from our project portfolio at a time, you will not only be responsible for projects being implemented. You will also ensure that they are properly used and accepted.

In your daily work, you will collaborate closely with representatives from Global Business Support, R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing and Sales as well was with other stakeholders. Your aim will be to localise development potential, interpret business needs and mature existing business ideas.

The projects vary a lot. Some may be high in complexity but with a clear scope – like carrying out a major update on a system – while other projects may revolve around identifying and meeting a business need and aligning expectations and requirements across a large group of stakeholders.

And as we are an ISO-certified health care product manufacturer subject to regulatory demands, your projects will need to have a strong focus on quality, control and documentation.

“As you’ll be working across a development organisation, there will no doubt be many different opinions and ideas. This is where you’ll step in to establish a common ground, a joint goal and the right methodologies,” says Rasmus Knippel.

Strong project management experience within IT
You are a communicator extraordinaire who can explain complex issues and is constructive and inspiring in your approach. This will make the implementation of your projects run smoothly in our multicultural environment.

Understanding how to actively listen and ask the right questions is in your toolbox as well. And with your fine-tuned analytical sense and strong business acumen, you make sure that your projects are based on the right foundation. Additionally, we imagine that you:

  • Have several years of programme or project management experience within IT from a global organisation
  • Have experience from GxP medical device environments or similar
  • Are fluent in English
  • Are certified in project management
