Senior HSE Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced HSE manager to create a world class compliance and safety framework for our production of a new type of floating foundations for offshore wind.  

Take floating wind safely from concept to commercial scale
You will be managing the HSE aspects of our development and production projects, covering activities in concept development, detailed design work, manufacturing, transport, construction, and offshore activities.  

Your primary tasks will be:

• Setting the baseline for HSE across the organization and developing a strong HSE culture/track record.  
• Developing and evaluating Design Risk Assessment.  
• Developing and maintaining HSE management plans.  
• Reviewing Method Statements and creating associated Risk Assessments.
• Developing and implementing an observation and incident tracking system.  

Your profile
You have several years of experience with complex development and construction projects with many stakeholders. Preferably you bring experience from the offshore wind industry with focus on HSE implementation from concept design throughout manufacturing, construction, and offshore commissioning. You also have experience with working under the UK CDM regulations.   

We expect you to approach your work with enthusiasm and to be self-driven, passionate, committed, and pro-actively solution oriented. It is natural for you to take on responsibility, and you are confident in the role of enforcing HSE standards in large and complex projects. You perform well in the dynamic environment of a start-up organization.
