The successful candidate will have the ability to collaborate closely with a broad range of stakeholders within Product Management, Marketing, R&D and other development functions. You will have the possibility to integrate your stakeholder’s input to create state of the art audiological solutions. We furthermore work in an agile setup, which offers you the chance to be part of a professional team where all your colleagues focus on the complete project and welcome your ideas and input. You will be part of a cross-functional SCRUM team with focus on superior solutions and the end user.

Your main tasks include:

  • End-user and customer needs analysis

And this should be in your backpack
We expect you to hold at least a M.Sc. in engineering, audiology, psychoacoustics, acoustics or similar. You have at least 5 years of experience working with audio related research or development. You can drive complex feature designs and architecture elements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. You are used to a structured development way of work, using guidelines and documentation.

If you previously have worked with hearing aids, fitting software, audio diagnostic equipment and/or hearing impairment, this will be an advantage. In addition, any experience from working with Artificial Intelligence will be a plus as well.

We furthermore expect you to adapt easily to changes and new challenges in a positive way. You are comfortable working in a multidisciplinary international environment and communicate, argue and present your ideas in a strong and convincing way. You speak and write English fluently.

Welcome onboard…
Your skilled colleagues are looking forward to welcoming you to an international team, and a positive and encouraging work environment. We all strive for an open and supportive way of working where sharing your knowledge and ideas are highly valued.
