Senior Development Engineer for Loudspeaker Drivers

Your primary responsibility involves:
Dynaudio is looking for a passionate new colleague to join our Automotive team. In this new position, you will be part of reaching our ambitious growth strategy. You should therefore expect challenges and joggling several projects at the same time.

You will be responsible for designing drivers for our Automotive segment and for construction from the idea phase and all the way up to introducing the product in manufacturing.

You will be working closely together with your colleagues in R&D, where you will be part of cross-disciplinary project groups and handle a strong communication with our Automotive customers.

Your profile probably has the following characteristics: Preferably, you have experience from a similar position and experience from working with Automotive customers.

You are the type of person, who always strive for top results. For this reason, a pragmatic approach to the solutions will be a major asset. At the same time, when it comes to theory, we expect you provide qualified feedback to different colleagues to different stakeholders, and enjoy a close collaboration with professional colleagues as well as global business partners.

Furthermore, you have a degree in electrical engineering or similar with a specialty in acoustics. Also, you have experience working with R&D, where you have accumulated knowledge in DSP, acoustics, drivers or an equivalent qualification.

Knowledge of IT tools such as Matlab, Klippel R&D, SoundCheck, or Labview is an asset, but not a requrement.

You are fluent in writing and oral English. German language skills are an advantage.
