It is therefore essential that we continuously improve our processes for design validation and design verification, which is why we are looking for skilled senior verification and validation process specialist.
Driving continuous improvements and guide stakeholders
As a verification and validation process specialist, you will be responsible for managing continuously improvements of our processes. You will collect inputs from many different stakeholders across our sites and together with a group of subject matter experts you will facilitate needed updates of internal procedures and perform training across the organization to ensure our employees follow our processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and prioritize updates of internal procedures
- Write updates to internal procedures and perform training
- Guide stakeholders to follow our processes
- Be updated on regulatory requirements for design verification/validation of medical devices.
Your background
Preferably you hold a master’s degree in engineering or other relevant education. It is a requirement that you have at least 5 years’ experience working with design verification and/or validation in the medical device industry.

To succeed in the job, you must have a strategic mindset, be proactive and pragmatic. Furthermore, you must hold good communication skills including speaking and writing English at a high level.
