Independent role, developing IT services business for Top50 companies in the Nordic countries

Your responsibilities
Endava have many leading customers in the Nordic countries in different sectors, and they have a well-established team in Copenhagen - and now they are in urgent need of a Senior Business Development Manager in Copenhagen to focus on sales & business development to the sectors Telecommunications, Media, Technology and Retail (TMTR) in the Nordic and Baltic countries.
 
 You will find new opportunities within these industries with close sparring from the local S/BDM in Finance & Insurance sector as well as help from the Endava Lead Generating team, you will arrange for meeting customers and be responsible for the entire sales process until you close the business. In this process Endava consultants from the Close to Client teams will help you on technical and support issues. It is essential for Endava that you establish long term relationships with your customers and strive to meet additional sales requirements within the above-mentioned three solution areas.
 
There are very good opportunities for you to grow into a leadership role, e.g. as a Nordic sales lead or a global industry vertical lead.
 
What are we looking for  
We are looking for proven new business sales personality from an IT Services background, not a product sales background. You have a long demonstrable track record of originating and closing offshore/nearshore IT Services deals. Also you must understand the concepts and key messages behind Agile and Digital Services and have sold full life cycle of software development (Management Consulting, Development, Testing, Support). 
 
Furthermore, we expect you to have a great network of C-level contacts in Top50 companies in the Nordics, and experience of selling to the TMTR vertical. You have demonstrable sales figures and a record of overachieving sales targets and ideally have been with their firms for over 3 years.
 
You are fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages as well as in English.
