Would you like to take up the technical challenges of ensuring optimal service and maintenance of the blades on offshore wind farms?

Join us and become the new Senior Integrity Specialist (Blades) in the Blades team in Ørsted Operations where you’ll ensure optimal operation and maintenance of blades, be responsible for the technical management of major campaigns and failure mode analysis, and use your specialist knowledge to guide and assist junior members of the team in delivering on the team’s results. The job will also allow you a large degree of freedom and the opportunity to affect your own workday both at the office and on the site.

  • provide technical assessment of blade inspections and evaluate requirements for repair work
  • manage discussions with supplier specialists regarding failure modes

Furthermore, you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in the commercial evaluations on different inspection and repair methods, covering the technical perspectives.

As a person, your good communication skills allow you to achieve results in teams with many stakeholders. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive and systematic approach to your work tasks, you focus on adding value, creating results and enjoy solving complex and challenging tasks. It’ll be viewed as an advantage if you’ve experience from within the wind turbine industry. It’ll also be viewed as an advantage if you’re fluent in Danish.
