Would you like to take up the package management of the array cable supply and termination scopes in an exciting and fast-growing industry?

Join us and become (Senior) Array Cable Project Lead in our Array Cable Managers department where you’ll be responsible for the supply and termination work on high-voltage inter-array cables. You’ll oversee the cable supply and termination scope, have a unique opportunity to lead a team of experienced engineers, and you’ll be cooperating closely with colleagues across Europe, the US and APAC. The Array Cable Managers department is part of Engineering under EPC, delivering supply and termination of array cables across our global portfolio.

Your key tasks will be to

  • ensure that the array cable supply and termination scope is on time, quality and budget
  • manage the design, manufacturing and testing of cable products and related accessories
  • manage interfaces with internal and external stakeholders
  • ensure that department best practices and processes are implemented within the project
  • manage risks (technical, cost, time) related to scope execution.

You’ll be responsible for the scope management of a complex contract with multiple suppliers and a total value of EUR 30-100 million.

Your competences include that you

  • have project management experience within the offshore industry (O&G, wind or other relevant experience)
  • have an international mindset
  • have a process-oriented mindset
  • are an excellent communicator and speak/write English fluently
  • thrive in an international environment and are able to create good relationships with your stakeholders.

You’re a strong initiator with the ability to solve technical issues within a complex matrix organisation. You have a structured, service-minded and flexible approach to your tasks. Knowledge of submarine cable standards (CIGRE, IEC, ICEA) and project management certifications (PMI or similar) will be positively evaluated. Moreover, direct experience working with subsea cable projects will be a plus.
