Security Specialist in Group IT, Infrastructure

Group IT employs 45 people in three departments - Application Design and Delivery, IT Operations, and Security. We have high ambitions and are in the process of a radical transformation and digitization of the LEMAN Group. We are currently implementing new digital systems at all business levels, both in Denmark, in the Nordic region, the UK and the USA.

You will be the key person in our infrastructure team and the interaction with Group IT, Security.
The Security Specialist position refers to the Infrastructure Manager, but you will work closely on a day to day basis with our Security department. You have the option to be located either in LEMAN's headquarters in Greve or our office in Taulov, Fredericia. Still, travel to our other national and international locations will occur from time to time.

As our new Security Specialist in Group IT, you will use your operational IT security expertise both nationally and internationally, and you will be a key player in the technical transformation and operation of LEMAN's IT security portfolio. 

You will obtain responsibility for one or more exciting security projects as well as being an essential person in driving our continued focus to migrate old solutions to new and modern platforms. In cooperation with your colleagues in our infrastructure department, you will make sure that our IT system landscape is secure and efficient and meets business expectations. You will also be the focal point for operational security matters in close coordination with our Service Desk, Application Managers, Development team, external partners and our Security function. 

You will take on the operational responsibility for our security portfolio, which includes network security, monitoring, perimeter firewalls, end-points in LEMAN Group etc. You will work closely with our security partners and vendors to implement our new IT security solutions and ensure rapid response to security incidents and alerts.

Do you have a security profile?
We imagine that you have an infrastructure background with some years of experience dedicated to security and IT infrastructure. You may be familiar with the MIP security suite in Azure, and ready to back up your knowledge with the full range of an Azure security specialist with AZ-500 training. 

You must have a good understanding of AD / AAD relationship, PKI and certificates in practice, plus knowledge of MS server technology and virtualization, like VMware. Experience with Syslog, SIEM and MS Sentinel is a plus but not a requirement. 

General understanding of security frameworks and the ITIL principles are preferred. We expect that you have a voice and that you share it whenever needed. You understand the importance of creating and maintaining documentation, and you execute the agreed deliveries.
