We are seeking a well-founded Scrum Master who can also develop embedded code for our next generation of innovative hearing aids and accessories.

Our hearing aids are based on low memory and low MIPS footprint. Integrating software and hardware, the team develops next generation embedded operating systems and low-level drivers for the next generation of ultra-low power audio.
As our new Scrum Master and Developer, you will be part of a dedicated team, focusing on delivering the next ingenious solution to exceed customers’ expectations – solutions that allow our users to hear more, do more and be more than ever thought possible.
Our development process follows SAFe - iterative with emphasis on synchronized cadence, and we use a continuous integration workflow with automated builds and tests. Moreover, we ensure regular alignment by having common planning, demoing and retrospectives across the development teams to facilitate collaboration on common solutions.
You bring structure and persistency
You will structurally Scrum Master one of several Scrum teams in our agile way of working, working closely together with the team and its Product Owner, securing predictable high-quality deliveries.
As a developer you will be doing real-time embedded software with emphasis on scalable, reusable, and testable software. You will engage in all phases of development – from ideation, specification, and design to development of state-of-the-art systems and technologies, as well as implementing automated unit-testing.
The amount of time spent on the role of SM vs Developer depends on your ability to make it streamlined.

Moreover, we imagine that you:

You have a degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent

have 2+ years of experience with the role as Scrum Master
-
are team oriented and take pride in having a sustainable team processes, delivering high quality with great predictability

have some years of experience with development of real-time embedded software in C
-
preferably have experience with continuous integration and a high software development maturity level
-
speak and write English effortlessly
