Welcome to the Cloud Acceleration team
You’ll be part of a new, cross-functional, international agile team where you, together with your colleagues, will develop core products based on the cloud technology. This includes full scope of cloud lifecycle activities. Work with enthusiastic people with a global mindset and enjoy an innovative environment where challenging and interesting work with purpose is part of daily life.
You’ll play an important role in:
- driving change and developing the team on our agile journey in collaboration with other scrum masters, product owners, and the agile team leadership
- supporting the team and team members, mitigating risks, optimising utilisation and flow to keep the team on plan, and securing achievements
- continuously checking in with the scrum team and addressing issues when needed
- owning and facilitating the scrum process across 1-2 teams and keeping aligned with the other scrum masters
- facilitating agile ceremonies and helping the product owner keep the backlog in good shape.
To succeed in the role, you:
- are a certified scrum master with solid experience, preferably in the cloud area
- have strong communication skills and an innovative mindset
- have a proactive approach and strong relationship-building skills
- are open to direct collaboration with the business
- focus on increasing the team performance by improving processes and team dynamics.
