As the first step we are in the process of implementing Salesforce as our new global CRM platform.
You will work out of our headquarter in Ballerup where you will report to the Director, Commercial Digital Transformation. You will join a newly established team with highly dedicated and skilled colleagues, where you will have the opportunity for personal and professional growth in a dynamic workplace. The team drives Commercial Digital Transformation through development and maintenance of key corporate commercial applications and collaborate with multiple stakeholders from all areas in the organization.
Areas of responsibility
- Design, configure and develop solution on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud initially)
- Support the Commercial Digital Transformation strategy and roadmap
- Provide technical support to regional admins
- Ensure the stability and performance of the platform by fixing defects and making necessary adjustments
Experience with technical solutions
We expect that you have a strong technical background with at least two years of certified Salesforce development experience, preferable with Sales and Service Cloud.
You should be customer-minded and have good communications skills. You should be curious and not be afraid to ask questions and suggest solutions. You are a strong team player and can balance and align varying interests of stakeholders.
Since we are a global company, you will be involved in cross-cultural collaboration. Therefore, it is important that you communicate on a high level in written and verbal English.
