Root Cause Analysis Engineer - Odense area
Reporting directly to our Project and Root Cause Manager, you will be responsible for investigating customer claimed products. Your primary tasks will be to investigate root cause on products with customer claims. The process is aiming to find the root causes and speed up the improvement process and ensure good 8D reports to the customers. We are looking for a structured and proactive engineer who is passionate about quality and can work closely with a cross-functional team to deliver results. You feel good about working in a vibrant environment which will challenge your professional skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the root cause analysis on products with customer claims
  • You will be part of root cause analysis and test team and will also join the UR audit team.
  • Participate in FMEA analysis
  • Root causes found - can turn on / turn off failures
  • Complete test reports and 8D reports

Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required:

  • M.Sc. or B.Sc. in engineering (electronic)
  • We expect you to have +5 years’ experience in working with electronic/mechanic on machines
  • Experience from a Root Cause or Quality position is an advantage.
  • You must be openminded, robust and persistent.
  • Must be able to finish tasks or projects and keep deadlines.
  • English and Danish at a high level (oral and written)
