About Technology Innovation 
You will join our great, dynamic Innovation Team within Manufacturing Development in Diabetes Finished Products, Product Supply. Your working place will cover both our Innovation Lab in Bagsværd and our Innovation Hub in Kalundborg. In the Innovation facilities, we are developing new concepts, performing analysis and re-design on challenging and wicked problems. Your mission in the team is to invent, improve and design automatic solutions to reduce operator involvement and to remove repetitive work by i.e. automating work while using robots and other technologies. Besides being a part of our Team, you will work closely together with academics, technicians and external development partners covering a wide range of disciplines. We promise that you will be exposed to exciting professional challenges and development opportunities. 

The job 
Your overall objective is to develop prototypes and concepts of automated solutions that will support us on our future journey. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop automated solutions together with mechanical engineers and experts on new concepts to support the design, prototyping and solution on the concepts. 
  • Integrate improvements of designs and mature these to be implemented in our production network.

Qualifications
You have skills and interest within robotic and automation development disciplines and the supporting tech. levers as AI/MI to secure robustness in the proposed concepts/solutions. As a person, you are curious and like to challenge the known with the unknown.

Information about the internship: 

  • Internship period: 20 weeks with start in Q1 2022
  • Working hours: 18-37 hours per week
  • Internships are remunerated if your educational track allows
  • A Danish fulltime work permit is required
