Scientist with a consumer mindset, HHC, DemoLab, Bagsværd (DK)
We are looking for a highly skilled, passionate and enthusiastic scientist for our DemoLab team in Application Research, where we are key players in the launches of Household Care enzyme products.

You will be responsible for developing the technical story for our new products with a consumer mindset, launch activities with training of sales force and technical support when needed.

An important aspect of the job is also to drive explorative development in the laboratory and produce demos and launch material in close collaboration with Research Associates. You will be part of an energetic team of two scientists and four technicians.

You will work with many different interfaces i.e. customers, R&D, marketing and communication and be involved in designing the value proposition and producing technical data for sales material to support this. Is important that you can motivate and challenge a team and larger project groups and make sure that deadlines are met in order to achieve successful launches.

In this position you need to have:

• A PhD or MSc degree in science, e.g. biotechnology, biochemistry, food science, chemistry or similar
• An open curious mind and good collaboration skills with many different interfaces
• Excellent presentation skills in English　of technical data with a consumer mindset
• Experience as a project leader and a result orientated mindset (would be a plus)
• Preferably a minimum of 2 years’ experience in industrial application of enzymes
