  • Master Danish and/or English - both languages are company languages.

Additionally, experience or knowledge from an international setting is a plus, as well as speaking another major language, though not mandatory.

As a graduate at Aalborg Portland you will get:
An attractive position in the N&B Graduate Program, including training and certification within cement and concrete production, Lean Six Sigma Project Management, Personal Development as well as study trips.

The Graduate Program offers rotations to two other business units in the Cementir Group, which you will have great influence on. You will have the chance to influence not only your rotation destination, but also the direction of your career with us, be it manager, specialist or project manager.

  • You will report directly to the Manager of the Research and Quality Centre Ingrid Ahrenkilde, or the Cementir Holding R&D, Quality and Technical Sales Support Director Jesper Sand Damtoft, depending on the job tasks.
  • Jobstart is 1st September 2019. You will be based in Aalborg, but some travel is expected as part of the position and the graduate program.

What is a graduate programme?
Our two-year graduate programme consists of three rotations within the company, designed to challenge and boost your professional and personal skills through on-the-job training and hands-on responsibility.

You will receive a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification and a crash course in cement, and you will become involved in project work and join a core team from both the technical and business management functions. To ensure that your learning progresses, you will also get career guidance and a personal development plan.
