Are you passionate about release management and can you drive the development of this area in a global organisation?

Join us and become Release Manager in Workplace Solutions where you’ll be working closely with relevant stakeholders in both IT and the business, including the IT Operations EPIC, Technical and Business Applications Responsible. You’ll be working in an international environment, eg closely together with our Global Delivery Center in Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. We’re embarking on an exciting journey to develop a world-class digital workplace, where successful release control is a major priority.

Your key tasks will be to

  • drive the release management process across IT and the business
  • define test and release plans and maintain an updated overview of the test status of applications in the release scope
  • coordinate releases with respect to plans for patch, batch, backup and service windows for other changes
  • communicate release activities, risk and impact to key stakeholders in IT and the business
  • identify improvement opportunities and participate in continual process improvements (CPI).

Defining and implementing Windows-as-a-Service (WaaS) processes and governance as part of Windows 10 will be your top priority together with other client baseline software like MS Office ProPlus, Java, Adobe, MS Edge/Internet Explorer.

Your competences include that you

  • have excellent knowledge of the release management process
  • are outgoing and assertive with considerable personal impact and robustness
  • have a flair for communicating technical and non-technical matters in a way that’s understood by stakeholders in IT and the business
  • have a good understanding of risk management and organisational impact
  • speak and write Danish and English fluently.

Furthermore, you enjoy working in a busy environment and are highly structured with good coordination and planning skills.
