Release and Documentation Manager for 3D Scanning System

In 3Shape, we are very proud of our market-leading 3D scanners and software. Our intraoral 3D scanner TRIOS is already changing the way patients around the world receive dental treatment and we are now looking for a skilled and passionate Release and Documentation Manager to help us continue this journey.

What You'll Do
You will join a software project with a high degree of autonomy and trust. You will have a close collaboration with especially the Project- and Scrum Master as well as the Product Owner and software testers.

As Documentation Manager you are key in overseeing our documentation package. You will be involved in writing and keeping the software requirements and specifications up to date, and you will assist in driving manuals and translations. Ensuring we have a thorough and efficient documentation package as expected in modern medical device development is your primary focus.

As Release Manager you are responsible for initiating and executing our software releases. Throughout the process, you are communicating with the Project Manager and software testers, creating and updating the release protocol and test plan, keeping track of changes, making release candidates, etc. You are the primary driver to ensure an efficient process and rock-solid software releases.

Skills & Requirements
We are looking for candidates with a good understanding of the software product lifecycle. You may have experience from related positions and you have a relevant education.

As a person you are not a stranger to structure and attention to detail and you know how to keep focus in hectic periods. You have excellent communication skills and thrive by cooperating with colleagues within the team.

And finally, you are ambitious and share our passion about producing high-quality products in an agile and informal work environment.
