Do you want to set the direction for our processes in a rapidly developing R&D organization? And are you ready to challenge key stakeholders and help them discover new and better ways of working?
This is your chance to develop and facilitate new processes in an innovative, international company where you will get to work in a highly independent position at the heart of the global GN organization.

Join the R&D management office
At GN Audio, we balance scientific research with expertise across advanced headsets, headphones and hearing aids. Joining us at our HQ in Ballerup, you will become part of the R&D management office where you will be part of developing our strategy and overall processes. As part of a small team, we work closely with Operations, Product Management and Marketing, setting the direction while managing projects and making sure we utilize our resources in the best way possible.

Develop and implement new processes
You will conduct analyses of our processes, identify new relevant tools and build business cases before actively going out into the organization, ensuring they are put into use. Doing so, you will also need to train colleagues in the new ways of working - just as it will fall to you to follow up and adjust the processes along the way.

We define the projects and activities together but in terms of specific projects, you will be in charge of:

  • Continuing the development of a new development model we are currently working on
  • Training in Half Double methodologies
  • Maintaining our internal ERFA groups with respect to Half Double

Point the way to the future of sound
As you will be in the center of R&D, you will have a first-hand view of the challenges your colleagues face. Listening to the business, it will thus be your task to challenge the status quo helping others look for new solutions and different ways of operating.

Excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset
You will succeed in this position because you have the ability to drive and facilitate change. Likewise, you master the art of situational leadership, embracing the dynamics of a constantly evolving organization. You can see though complex structures and know how to make an impact on the key stakeholders. Likewise, your communication skills are great as you will be working across all functions and levels and taking charge of the training of others.

  • You probably have a degree in business or in engineering - either way, you need to be able to understand both the technical and business-related complexities inherent in the way we work
  • You have a couple of years’ experience from an international company, either in a similar position or perhaps you have worked as a consultant
  • You have a high level of presentation and PowerPoint skills
  • You speak and write English at a high level
