Do you want to help make sure that our world class hearing aids live up to their reputation by taking on the responsibility of IT systems validation and quality of our services and deliverables?
Supporting continuous growth
At GN, we balance scientific research with expertise across advanced headsets, headphones and hearing aids to make life sound better.
To support our continuous growth, we are replacing and modernizing several critical IT platforms and we are restructuring our global IT department to become more agile. In this transformation, we have established your new team.
Planning for the future
When you enter the brand-new IT service management and quality team, we are welcoming you as part of a team, that makes the entire company tick.
“This is where we ensure effectiveness and quality throughout our global IT department by providing deep IT- and process knowledge of our shared services and deliveries,” says Kenneth Petersen, Senior Manager IT service Management & Quality.
One of your first assignments will be GN’s global roll-out of our new global D365 ERP program, where you will take charge of planning and executing validation activities.
The overall responsibility is yours. You plan, what needs to be validated, and delegate the responsibilities. You make those plans by working closely with functional consultants and businesses.
Besides that, you:
- Produce and maintain validation master plans
- Ensure compliance with Group IT procedures for computer system validation
- Perform risk assessment according to ISO 13485 quality requirements
- Identify functionality within the D365 ERP program that supports regulatory critical business process
You navigate validation and people alike
For you, validating is more than overview, thorough planning and technical knowledge. You know how to make others see the importance of what you are doing. Call it diplomacy, or even political theft – you know how to be seen and heard.
Furthermore, you have:
- Experience with test and validation of ERP programs – alternatively other larger programs
- Substantial knowledge of quality assurance within the medical device industry
- High level English skills
