In Siemens Energy Management, we are looking for an outgoing Quality Manager who is passionate about quality and HSE work. You will become part of the project team and at the same time also a small Quality team, where we treasure team spirit and have fun whilst working.
We are occupied by national and international projects within electrical equipment for substations, rective compensation plants, medium and high voltage systems ranging from 60/150/400 KV as well as SCADA and protections systems. Our division is going through an exciting transition.
Responsibilities
Your primary task is to support Project Managers as a specialist and partner in developing project-specific QA plans and HSE instructions. In addition, you will participate in controlling design, prevention of quality issues, supervision and reporting of relevant project activities based on Siemens’ Project Management Model. You will participate as a Quality Manager in Project and / or HSE responsible in major projects with contact to our customers and suppliers.
Your tasks will be:
- Planning of QHSE activities in the projects
- Implementation/monitoring of site specific QHSE plans incl. inspections with relevant follow-up activities
- Contribute to the development of relevant general processes in the field of quality management
- Risk assessment and documentation
You will have a large interface with other functions in Siemens in Denmark and abroad - and contact with our subcontractors.
Qualifications
You have a higher education as an engineer / installer with 3 - 5 years’ experience from the area and have your technical tool box well equipped. Besides of wanting an international career, you are systematic and do not compromise on security. You have the desire and ability to contribute to improvements and optimizations, and are able to keep calm in stressful situations. In addition, we expect that you have experience with QA and HSE work in larger projects, preferably from engineering and finally.
