We help a growing, global customer base get more out of LinkedIn. We are post-revenue, bootstrapped and thus not your typical funded startup with no product. We have a fully functional product that people pay for and use on a daily basis. The market and opportunity is huge, and you will play a vital role in the team. Your main challenge will be to help our engineering team make everything backend brilliant, starting with our API in close collaboration with our CTO.
INTRO

We are looking for a backend developer to join our team based in Copenhagen. We're on an exciting journey and you can be part of it, reporting directly to the CTO. You will be granted responsibility for rewriting and optimize the existing API using proprietary advanced data models. For the right fit, there will be plenty of opportunities to grow & gain further responsibilities.

Danish is not a requirement. We are humans. We can communicate 😌

Our tech stack
Python 3+

We proxy and aggregate all our data using Python.

Flask is our API and Celery our workers written in Python, communicating with JSON.

Postgres

We use SQL-databases where we CRUD using Python.

If our Alembic migration go meatballs you need to be able to debug in tools like Tables, SQL Manager or similar.
