  • collaborate and develop our protection systems with framework supplier
  • optimise and prepare protection solutions for the future
  • work with integrated relay protection as well as with process data analyses, power system disturbances and fault analysis of electrical installations onshore and offshore, with voltage levels from 0.4kV to 400kV
  • be responsible for relay configuration, factory acceptance test and site acceptance test procedures and reports.

Furthermore, you’ll assist in preparing substation interlocking logic and SCADA signal and alarm lists as well as investigating and analysing high-voltage faults from relay disturbance records and preparing technical reports.

Your competences include that you

  • can communicate and collaborate with different types of people from different cultures
  • have a relevant degree in electrical engineering or similar and are interested in working with electrical infrastructure for wind farms
  • have acquired professional skills based on extensive, relevant protection system design and have testing experience and knowledge of installed protection systems, ideally including experience with high-voltage installations

You also have experience utilising technical and system software programs, and you’re familiar with the international standards IEC, IEEE and ANSI. Moreover, it’s an advantage if you have experience with offshore wind farms and electronic document handling systems.

You have personal drive combined with both an analytical and responsible approach to your work. Additionally, you enjoy sharing your knowledge with your colleagues in the project group and the department. Working on big wind projects requires good cooperation skills and a flexible mindset, as the work on the project is very varied.
