Velkommen hos Global Sourcing
Global Sourcing er en helt central afdeling i Production & Supply Chain, hvor vi arbejder på taktisk og strategisk niveau med indkøb til vores high-end analytiske løsninger. Du vil blive 1 ud af 5 projektindkøbere som repræsenterer Global Sourcing i vores udviklingsprojekter. Vi arbejder for at gøre vores udviklingsprojekter klar til produktion, hvor du undervejs har den koordinerende indkøbsrolle.

De enkelte projektteams arbejder tæt sammen igennem alle faser af udviklingsforløbet og arbejder med en bred vifte af teknologier, veletablerede såvel som banebrydende. Du bliver den kommercielle og tekniske sparringspartner, som navigerer blandt vores nøje udvalgte samarbejdspartnere, med det formål at sammensætte en driftssikker supply chain. Desuden medvirker du til at projekterne bliver implementeret med succes på et af vores produktionssites.
Vær med i projekterne helt fra start
Du kommer med fra start i vores udviklingsprojekter og igennem din rolle som projektdeltager bidrager du aktivt til at forskellige projektinteresser og teknologier samt det kommercielle aspekt kommer til at gå op i en højere enhed. Du får ansvar for at:
- indkøbe dele i udviklingsfaserne
- sikre, optimere og overvåge omkostninger gennem hele udviklingsprocessen
- håndtere materiale- og prisdata på nye komponenter i SAP
- udvikle den overordnede leverandørplatform
- supply chain er produktionsmodnet mest mulig ved overlevering af projekt til drift
Teknisk velfunderet og kommerciel erfaring ønskes
For at være godt klædt på til de nævnte udfordringer forestiller vi os, at du:
- har en teknisk og/eller ingeniør baggrund
- har kommerciel erfaring fra salg eller indkøb
- har godt kendskab til SAP ERP og Excel
- har erfaring med projektarbejde - gerne tekniske udviklingsprojekter.
Du er en dygtig kommunikator, som kan arbejde på tværs af forskellige faggrupper. Det kræver samtidig, at du er udadvendt og opsøgende, for du får mange samarbejdspartnere. Dine koordineringsevner er gode, og du trives som en del af et team.

Welcome to Global Sourcing
Global Sourcing is a central department within Production & Supply Chain, responsible for tactical and strategic project purchasing of components for our high-end analytical solutions. You will be one of five Project Sourcing Engineers representing Global Sourcing in our development projects. As Project Sourcing Engineer you will strive to prepare our development projects for production, fulfilling a coordinating purchasing role throughout the process.
Play an important role within our product development projects
The various project teams work closely together through all phases of the development process using an array of different technologies, well established as well as cutting-edge. You will act as commercial and technical sparring partner, navigating among our carefully selected collaboration partners, with the aim of securing a reliable supply chain. You will also support the successful implementation of the projects at one of our production sites.
Be part of the projects right from the start
You will be a part of our development projects from the start and through your role as project member you will actively contribute towards ensuring that the various project interests and technologies as well as the commercial aspects all go hand in hand. You will be responsible for:
- Procuring parts during the development phases
- Securing, optimizing and monitoring the cost structure throughout the whole development process
- Handle material and price data of new components in SAP
- Developing the overall supplier platform
- maturing the supply chain as much as possible before handover from project to production
Technically sound and commercially experienced candidate
To successfully tackle the above challenges we expect you to have:
- An engineer and/or other technical background
- Commercial experience
- Sound knowledge of SAP ERP and Excel
- Experience working on projects - preferably technical development projects
In addition, you are a skilled communicator with an ability to work with diverse group of colleagues. This requires that you are extrovert and pro-active as you will have many stakeholders and collaboration partners. You also have excellent coordination skills and thrive being part of an engaged team.
