Senior Department Manager, EMA Operations, Fuglebakken
We are looking for a new department manager to head up our Recovery and Spray operations at site Fuglebakken. Your primary task will be to set the direction for the department and enable motivated and competent employees to reach the department goals in line with the overarching strategy. Recovery and Spray have approximately 70 employees, and together, you will be responsible for recovering and spray drying more than 50 different products primarily for the Food and Beverage industry. The major areas of focus revolve around process hygiene, capacity utilization, and production economy. You will work dedicated with each of these themes to ensure that we continuously improve. You will work in close collaboration with stakeholders across Novozymes from Process and Product Development to Supply Chain Operations. In collaboration with the site director, you will also be responsible for ensuring the right investments in processing equipment and/or building upgrades to meet future demands. You will be part of the Fuglebakken Operations Leadership Team. Together with this team you will be responsible for running a complete production site from raw materials to liquid/solid product.
In this position you need to:
- Be an experienced people manager capable of leading leaders
- Have experience with production preferably with knowledge of process hygiene and Food-GMP
- Have experience with driving and leading a culture of Systematic Problem Solving
- Be a dynamic, committed and outgoing person, who can provide overview and set the direction
- Have good communication skills in Danish and English
