What am I going to do?
As a Sales Manager, you will be a part of pursuing our clear strategy for de-carbonization. Your main responsibility will be to manage the sales of large retrofit projects enabling our customer’s fleets to become more environmentally friendly.

More specifically you can look forward to an exciting job consisting of:

  • Development of sales of larger retrofit projects in cooperation with tender managers and product managers
  • Developing and qualifying leads together with the rest of the sales team
  • Doing project sales negotiation, supported by other group functions like legal and financial
  • Developing market analysis and sales budgets together with the rest of the sales team
  • Doing customer visits and travels approx. 40 days/year

You will likewise be responsible for creating and maintaining customer relations and securing close cooperation with our local sales team in our international group companies.

Who am I?
You have a keen interest in developing sales projects and you have an ambitious nature that does not settle for “good enough”. You are self-driven and you adapt to and communicate easily with people from different cultures and educational backgrounds.

You combine technical insight with a flair for sales and clients. You enjoy close interaction with clients, and you understand the process and complexity of larger sales projects.

 We imagine that our new colleague:

  • Has a commercial/technical educational background (e.g. Naval Architect, Marine Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or other relevant education),
  • Fluency in English, spoken & written
  • Previous experience with sales of large projects is a plus

It will be an advantage if you have offshore, maritime, or power plant experience, though this is not a prerequisite.

How is my new team?
You will be joining the Retrofit & Upgrade department in PrimeServ Denmark, currently counting 80 staff,  whichhas undergone significant growth during the last 5 years, and is set to continue with the growing focus on decarbonizing shipping.

On daily basis, you will be a valuable part of a project sales team consisting of six colleagues which are backed by a number of product managers and other specialists.

You will be working from our Danish head office just by Copenhagen’s harbor front at Teglholmsgade 41.
