Project Quality Manager for leading the implementation of the quality programme for our projects

Do you want to be part of the transition to a world that runs entirely on green energy by managing the quality of our offshore wind farm development and construction? 
 
Join us and become Project Quality Manager in the Offshore Wind Project Quality department where you’ll be responsible for defining the quality programme for our product lines and projects, ensuring its implementation while developing our quality culture and contributing to the continual improvement of the organisation. The Offshore Wind Project Quality department is the front end of the Offshore Wind Quality organisation, assigning project quality managers to the business, providing subject-matter expert support and sharing best practices across the organisation. 
 
Your key tasks will be to 

  • establish and deploy the quality programme for our product lines and projects 
  • ensure that adequate quality requirements are defined and adhered to 
  • ensure the implementation of the quality programme 
  • monitor and report on quality performance 
  • foster a continual improvement culture.   

In addition, you’ll contribute to continuously developing the Project Quality Management function and the overall Offshore Wind quality culture.  
 
Your competences include that you 

  • have a master’s degree or similar within a technical or engineering discipline 
  • have proven experience in the field of quality management from relevant fields of industry (i.e. major construction projects) 
  • have a proactive and systematic approach to your work tasks 
  • speak and write English fluently 
  • thrive in an international environment and are able to create good relationships with your stakeholders.  

A collaborative approach to work is essential to be successful in this position. You’ll also be acting as a quality ambassador in the organisation. Good communication and facilitation skills are therefore also key for the role.
