Project Manager for R&D Management Support

Our team
R&D Management Support is a newly established unit. To match the rapid growth in R&D, we are expected to grow to 25 colleagues in 3 teams situated in both Denmark and Ukraine. You will play an important role in succeeding this journey as one of the first members of the Danish team reporting directly to the Head of R&D Management Support. The working style is agile and fast paced - and with room for great fun and strong colleagueship.

The job
This position will require you to quickly take an independent role driving organisational change projects and assignments. You will have the opportunity to manage projects with minimal supervision and spar with stakeholders across the company.

Key projects for our unit and R&D Management include establishing technical and managerial career paths for R&D, global implementation of the internal ‘R&D Academy’ dedicated to providing essential skills to developers, getting serious with Big Data, and reducing complexity and waste in our processes. Additional tasks include problem solving and implementing and maintaining key initiatives which support the R&D leadership.

Your qualifications
You hold a Master’s degree e.g. in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar with excellent results and have 2-4 years of experience as a management consultant from a top tier management consultancy or in a change management role in an international company.

You succeed by bringing structure and applying well proven analytical and conceptual problem solving skills to complex problems. You have a keen orientation towards stakeholders and the ability to communicate effectively and to navigate an agile working environment with a wide range of stakeholders across different levels and backgrounds.

As a person you are a strong executor, have an aptitude for change and feel energised by working both independently as well as in close collaboration with the rest of the Management Support team. Finally, you thrive on both giving and receiving high quality feedback.
