Understand the value of good packaging
You will be part of a small team with global responsibility. We ensure that our high quality hearing aids and accessories reach our customers intact. Packaging serves as an important messenger of information and is part of building our brand identity while appealing to users. This is why our team needs to take form, function, sustainability, quality and price into consideration when developing our packing solutions. We constantly try to optimize the customer experience from a usability point of view, our starting point is user needs that we convert into product requirements.

You will be a part of the team that is responsible for developing and improving packaging. You will look into improving our manufacturing and fabrication methods and suggest process adjustments and quality improvements.

Based in our InMarket & Customer Experience team in Sales & Marketing you will be working across Operations, Quality and R&D. You will be in daily contact with colleagues around the globe and your stakeholder skills must be superb in order to juggle different interests throughout the organization.

Who are you?
Ideally you are a recent graduate or have a couple of years of relevant experience.

Packaging of medical devices are subject to many requirements. It is therefore essential that you are very detail-oriented, structured and thorough in your work style.

This role will require you to work in many areas including materials selection, manufacturing processes, testing, etc.

You should be able to manage multiple, complex, dynamic, interrelated packaging launches across brands. Package and module development including writing specifications, design, and validation is also part of the role.
