We develop and manufacture high-quality heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration solutions for marine and offshore applications. We make complete solutions adapted to covering basic design, detailed

About the job
As project manager you will be responsible for our customers, ensuring a good relationship and healthy development securing our future business. As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for all tasks of the project execution, as planning, monitoring and controlling to ensure we are on time and deliver according to our expected margins. Other tasks include management of system design, specifications and calculations, approval documentation and responsibility of selecting products for the system.

You will use Novenco’s project execution model (PEM) and participate in continuous improvement of this tool.

On a monthly basis you must be instrumental in ensuring on time delivery of your project status report showing the full picture of your projects. The position can entail travel up to 30-40 days per year.

Education level
Mechanical Engineer (B.Sc.) or Marine Engineer with PM skills

Professional experience
Proven record of 1-3 years of experience as PM or Lead Designer.
Experience with project management of “multinational project teams.”
Preferable to have experience with turn key projects/ on site installation.

Professional qualifications
Knowledge of Marine industry is preferred.
Knowledge of HVAC+R products and solutions for Marine Industry is required.
High level experience of planning tools, like MS project etc.

• Project scope management and administration skills: Project time management, project cost management, commercial know how and ability to read and understand contracts.
• Written and verbal English on high level.
