About the job
You will join our Marine Heat Transfer team being responsible for managing and executing projects within Fresh Water Makers globally.
As a Project Manager, you will be overall responsible for the completion of international marine specification projects. You thrive on agility, customer closeness and global project coordination.
The typical project includes internal quoting, engineering, procurement, manufacturing and assembly of engineered products – internal or external suppliers, shipping and commissioning.
The job has a large number of stakeholders internally within market units, sales companies, procurement, and production as well as within Engineering & Supply, and externally to both customers and suppliers.
Who you are
You are an experienced Project Manager with around 6-8 years of relevant work experience, who keep a strong perspective and see solutions.
You can make decisions quickly, take ownership of projects you are handling, and your work approach is constructive, structured and systematic.
What you know
- You are most likely educated as Engineer and have preferably experience within Marine, Oil & Gas, OEMs sector
- Experience with international engineering codes and standards such as ASME and Marine requirements is an advantage
- You have a good technical understanding of heat exchangers/ fresh water makers and have relevant work experience
- You have a sharp business acumen who sees the big picture and impact on the bottom line
- You are able to prove your PM skills and preferable you have done a PMI/PRINCE2 or similar
The work requires that you communicate fluently in written and spoken English. Danish or Swedish is an advantage.
You will be working closely with partners and colleagues why you need to have strong people and communication skills and be a team player.
The job is based in Copenhagen and involves travelling 30-50 days/year.
