Then join us in Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S in the Project Office & IT, where we look forward to welcoming you and develop together.

The department
Novo Nordisk Pharmatech has approximately 190 employees and is 100% owned by Novo Nordisk. Novo Nordisk Pharmatech’ s ability to produce and deliver quality products to the pharmaceutical industry, combined with our complete range of ser-vices within the regulatory requirements, make us a preferred supplier to many glob-al pharmaceutical companies.

In Project Management Office we handle projects of all sizes and scopes, from small improvements to major implementations of methods, processes, equipment, IT and buildings. We work with automation controlling, equipment, utility and supply moni-toring, infrastructure, safety, data handling and lots of other areas related to both research and full-scale production.

As our Project Portfolio and Project Manager student, you will have the opportunity to learn about managing projects at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech, and take part in our journey towards new products, more production flexibility and exciting opportunities.

The position
Your tasks will be varied, but to give you a rough idea of the many things you will be working with, here is an incomplete list:

  • Update of resources registration by working closely with the project managers.
  • Participate in the implementation and set up the use of the new Project Resource Tool across NNPR.
  • Analyse the portfolio data and assess potential risks to the organisation.
  • Prepare the data to be presented for the Portfolio Steering Group.
  • Support the Project Managers on ad hoc project workshops etc.
  • Support the department by setting up new processes, administrative tasks etc.

Internship

  • Period: 6 months
  • Working hours: 18-37 hours per week
  • Start Date: January/February 2022
  • A Danish full-time work permit is required.

Qualifications
You are currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree within Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or within another relevant field – preferable in the last year of your BA or first semester of your MA. Your academic results are excellent, and you look forward to applying your skills to real-life challenges.

You have a strong analytical mindset, especially evident when you read through data and quickly distil the business impact of the numbers you see. Your excellent communications skills allow you to communicate your findings in a very sharp and structured manner, regardless of who you talk to. It is preferred that you understand Danish on at least a basic level, preferably in speech as well as in writing.

If we can align our expectations, writing your master thesis with us may also be an option, when you get that far. Please remember to upload a copy of your academic results this far, together with your CV in your motivated application - not just to as-sess the level, but also for us to know a little about what subjects are of particular interest to you.

Together we drive change
At Novo Nordisk, we don’t wait for change. We drive it. We’re a dynamic company in an even more dynamic industry, and we know that what got us to where we are to-day is not necessarily what will make us successful in the future. We embrace the spirit of experimentation, striving for excellence without fixating on perfection. We never shy away from opportunities to develop, we seize them. From research and development, through to manufacturing, marketing and sales – we’re all working to move the needle on patient care.
